For individuals, Basic is $15 a month, or $149 a year as an annual subscription. Pro is $49 a month, or $399 a year. You can cancel any subscription at any time. There is no free trial.
Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. A monthly subscription renews automatically each month, and an annual subscription renews automatically each year, until you cancel. We email you a reminder before each annual renewal. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and your Stripe receipt shows the GST.

Cancellation and refunds
From our Terms of Service (clause 8):
Cancelling. You can cancel a subscription at any time in your account settings or by emailing customerservice@aiaccuracylab.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period: when you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Organisations on an Order Form may cancel in accordance with the Order Form.
Refunds. Refunds are available as required by the Australian Consumer Law, and as expressly stated in these Terms (clause 21.4).
Nothing in this clause 8 limits any refund or other remedy you may have under the ACL (see clause 18).
Terms
From our Terms of Service (effective 17 October 2026):
These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your access to and use of the AI Accuracy Lab website at aiaccuracylab.com, platform, exercises, certificates and related services (together, the Services), provided by AI Accuracy Lab Pty Ltd (ACN 703 129 784) trading as AI Accuracy Lab.
Subscriptions. Paid subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis, or under an Order Form, at the Fees shown at the time of purchase.
Automatic renewal. Unless the Order Form says otherwise, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period for the same period, until cancelled under clause 8. For annual subscriptions, we will email you a reminder at least 14 days before each renewal, stating the renewal date and the Fees that will apply.
Card payments. Card payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us (through Stripe) to charge your nominated payment method the applicable Fees at the start of each subscription period until you cancel. Your use of Stripe is subject to Stripe’s terms.
GST. Unless stated otherwise, Fees are inclusive of GST. If GST applies to a supply under these Terms and the Fees are stated as exclusive of GST, you must pay an additional amount equal to the GST. We will issue a valid tax invoice.
Price changes. We may change our Fees. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email or notice on our website before a price increase applies to you. An increase takes effect from your next renewal, not during a prepaid subscription period. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the increase takes effect.
Privacy
From our Privacy Notice:
Our Privacy Notice explains how AI Accuracy Lab Pty Ltd ACN 703 129 784, ABN 37 703 129 784 (trading as AI Accuracy Lab) collects, holds, uses and discloses personal information when you use our website at aiaccuracylab.com and our Focused Lessons platform and related services. We aim to handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
Paying customers. We collect billing contact details, subscription, invoices and payment status (card details are handled by Stripe, not us) for billing, tax and accounting.
Website visitors and enquirers. We collect contact details you give us, messages, and essential cookie and log data, to respond to you and keep the site secure.
Where we store data. Our core Platform data (accounts, learning data, Customer Content and audit logs) is stored primarily in Australia. Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles billing information in the United States and other countries. We don’t receive or store your full card number.
