Delete your account.

Delete your AI Accuracy Lab account and the personal information linked to it. You can do this here or in the app.

Before you delete

  • Download your Certificate of completion. Deleting your account deletes your certificate, and any certificate link you’ve shared stops working. Download your certificate.
  • Subscribed in the App Store or Google Play? Cancel it there first. We can’t cancel it for you, and deleting your account doesn’t stop the store charging you.
    • iPhone or iPad: Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
    • Android: Google Play › your profile picture › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.
  • Subscribed on aiaccuracylab.com? We cancel your card subscription straight away when you delete your account, and you won’t be charged again. Access ends at once. We don’t refund the unused part of a period, except as the Australian Consumer Law requires (Terms clause 8).
  • Organisation administrator? If no one else is an administrator and other people use your organisation’s licence, make someone else an administrator first, or email us to close the organisation.

What we delete and what we keep

We delete

  • your name, email address, profile and sign-in
  • your progress in Focused Lessons and practice exercises, and your assessment results
  • your Heat-map results and usage
  • your Certificate of completion and LinkedIn badge
  • your place in an organisation, which frees the seat

We delete these from our live systems straight away. Copies in our backups are overwritten within 35 days.

We keep

  • Invoices and payment records, for 5 years. Australian tax law requires it. Stripe, our payment provider, holds them.
  • A record that the account was deleted, for 2 years. It holds the date and a one-way code made from your email address, not your name or email. It shows we did what you asked.
  • Organisation licence records, if you bought licences for an organisation. These belong to the organisation.

Sign in to the account you want to delete, then come back to this page.

Sign in

Can’t sign in? Email customerservice@aiaccuracylab.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll check it’s you, delete the account within 30 days and email you when it’s done.
