Your name, email address, organisation (if provided), your message, and whether you asked to receive updates.
Why we collect it
To read and respond to your enquiry. If you tick “Send me updates about AI Accuracy Lab”, we will also use your email address to send you occasional updates. You can ask us to stop at any time. We do not send marketing to anyone who has not ticked that box.
How it is handled and stored
Your enquiry is processed using Amazon Web Services in its Sydney (ap-southeast-2) region in Australia and is delivered to us by email. We keep it only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up.
Disclosure
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with anyone else, except where required by law.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing cooper@aiaccuracylab.com.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, please email us first at cooper@aiaccuracylab.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
