Billing and payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
A receipt and tax invoice is emailed to you after each purchase.
Managing or cancelling your subscription
A monthly subscription renews each month, and an annual subscription renews each year, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime: when you cancel, renewal stops and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

Subscriptions and billing

How much does it cost?
For individuals, Basic is $15 a month, or $149 a year as an annual subscription. Pro is $49 a month, or $399 a year. You can cancel any subscription at any time. There is no free trial.
Basic includes Heat-map for 50 pages a month. Pro includes everything in Basic, Heat-map for 500 pages a month, including the Chrome extension, and the LinkedIn badge.

Does my subscription renew automatically?
Yes. A monthly subscription renews automatically each month, and an annual subscription renews automatically each year, until you cancel. We email you a reminder before each annual renewal.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Select Manage or cancel subscription on this page and enter the email you subscribed with. You can cancel at any time.

Do prices include GST, and will I get a receipt?
Yes. All prices include GST, and AI Accuracy Lab Pty Ltd is registered for GST. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and your Stripe receipt shows the GST.

Signing in and resetting your password.
How do I sign in?
Go to the sign-in page. Sign in with your email and password, or enter your email and select ‘Email me a sign-in link’. We’ll email you a link that signs you in.
If your university, firm or employer gave you access, use Organisation sign-in.
I’ve forgotten my password. What do I do?
On the sign-in page, select ‘Forgot password?’ and enter your email. We’ll email you a link to reset your password.
Or sign in without a password: select ‘Email me a sign-in link’ on the sign-in page.

Focused Lessons and certificates
How lessons unlock, certificates and CPD.
How do Focused Lessons work?
Each Focused Lesson has a Beginner level and an Advanced level. Each level starts with a short video, then questions with feedback. Each level has two steps:
- Beginner: video, then practice exercises
- Advanced: video, then the assessment
Each step opens when you finish the one before it. Finishing Beginner unlocks Advanced. Passing the Advanced assessment at the 80% pass mark completes the Focused Lesson. Practice exercises are ungraded.
You can start any Focused Lesson at Beginner level. You don’t need to finish one lesson before starting another.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes. Your Certificate of completion is based on your assessments. When you have completed every Focused Lesson and passed each assessment at the 80% pass mark, you receive a Certificate of completion. Practice exercises are ungraded and don’t count towards it. With a Pro subscription, you also receive the LinkedIn badge.
A certificate shows that you completed the learning on AI Accuracy Lab. It isn’t a qualification or an assessment of competence.
Can I claim this as CPD?
CPD rules differ between states and professions. Check with your state law society or professional body whether your certificate can be claimed.
Privacy and data
How we handle your information.
Where is my information stored?
Your account and learning data are stored primarily in Australia. Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles billing information in the United States and other countries. We don’t receive or store your full card number.
We don’t use your answers to train AI models. Read our Privacy Notice for details.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Delete your account on our website, or use Delete account in the app. The page lists what we delete and what we keep, as set out in our Privacy Notice.
Before you delete, download your Certificate of completion. If you subscribed in the App Store or Google Play, cancel there first. We cancel subscriptions bought on our website for you. Can’t sign in? Email customerservice@aiaccuracylab.com from your account email address.

Yes. Tell us about your organisation through our enquiry form and we’ll be in touch about the right licence, pricing and set-up for your employees or students.
